1 Account Registration and Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account on the bi baji platform. bi baji may request appropriate proof of age for verification. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
1.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or registering under a false identity is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts may be permanently closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
The name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be completely accurate. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension. A national ID card or passport may be requested for identity verification.
1.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. You must not give anyone else access to your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bi baji support immediately.
2 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
2.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
bi baji currently accepts deposits through Bangladesh's most popular mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit may vary according to applicable terms.
2.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be possible through the same method used for the original deposit.
Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. If any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the withdrawal may be held.
2.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
bi baji follows a strict policy against money laundering. bi baji reserves the right to hold any transaction it considers suspicious for review. In such cases, the user concerned may be asked to provide additional documents.
3 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
bi baji offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. That means a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
3.2 Bonus Usage Terms
Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met. Bonus funds may be used to play any game, though some games may not contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement.
3.3 Promotional Offer Rules
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- A bonus applies only to the account registered with the mobile number used at sign-up.
- If misuse of a promotional offer is identified, bi baji reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it.
- Weekly and special promotions may have separate terms, which will be stated on the relevant offer page.
Under bi baji's Responsible Gaming guidelines, you should never bet beyond your means using bonus funds.
4 Betting and Gaming Rules
4.1 Validity of Bets
A bet is considered final only after it has been successfully registered in the system. A bet that is not completed due to a network issue will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
4.2 Settlement of Results
For sports betting, results will be determined based on the official result of the relevant sports authority. For casino games, the result produced by the game engine is final. If an unusual result occurs due to a technical fault, bi baji reserves the right to void that round.
4.3 Irregular Betting Activity
Attempting to gain abnormal profit by exploiting any fault in the system or a game is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.
4.4 Odds Changes
Odds may change before an event begins. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be treated as final. In live betting, real-time odds changing within a few seconds is normal.
5 VIP Program and Cashback
5.1 VIP Levels
bi baji has four VIP levels in total: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum.
5.2 Cashback Calculation
Weekly cashback is a set percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.
5.3 Level Changes
VIP levels advance based on regular and active play. bi baji does not publish specific turnover thresholds — however, regular betting activity is the main driver of level progression.
6 User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Betting or gaming using any automated software, bot, or script.
- Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
- Attempting to generate artificial profit by exploiting the platform's bonus system.
- Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of a game.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to bi baji's system.
6.2 Account Suspension and Closure
If a user engages in any of the prohibited activities above or violates these terms, bi baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the account. Depending on the severity of the violation, the balance may also be forfeited.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
bi baji is not responsible for financial losses arising from a user's own betting decisions. bi baji's liability is also limited for issues caused by technical problems, internet outages, or third parties.
7 Privacy and Data Protection
bi baji places the highest importance on protecting users' personal data. The detailed rules on how data is collected, stored, and used are set out on our Privacy Policy page. By using the service, you also consent to that policy.
User data is not sold to any third party. However, data may be shared if required by law or to prevent fraud.

8 Support and Dispute Resolution

9 Responsible Gaming
bi baji believes that betting and casino gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to resolve financial difficulties. We therefore advise all users to play within their means.
The platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Users can set their own deposit limits from their account settings. There is also an option to temporarily close your account if needed.

10 Amendments to Terms and Termination

The Bangla version of these terms and conditions is authoritative for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, bi baji's decision will be considered final.
